A two-minute test with the last question a prospect actually asked you.
Hey,
Find the last real question a prospect asked you, by email, chat, or on a call. Not a paraphrase. Their exact words, typos and all.
Paste that question into ChatGPT or Perplexity exactly as they wrote it. Then open your own site and look for a heading and a short answer, two or three sentences, that match that phrasing almost word-for-word.
Pay attention to the gap between what you find and what they asked. Your FAQ probably answers a tidier, more polished version of the question. The one you'd write for a brochure, not the one a buyer typed in a hurry while trying to decide.
That gap matters more than it looks. Assistants tend to echo back language close to what was asked. If your page uses different words than the question, there's less for the assistant to lift and attribute to you.
The common move here is to rewrite your FAQ to sound more professional, more on-brand. That's backwards. The faster move is to add one new entry today, using the buyer's exact words as the heading, with a direct answer right underneath it.
Try it with just one question this week. Watch what shows up when you search it, and notice whether your site's phrasing is close enough to be quoted or far enough to be skipped.
Doing this once is easy. Keeping pace with it as new questions come in is the part that gets tedious fast, and that's the piece InkieAI is built to take off your plate.
