InkieAI is an automated SEO content engine that generates research-backed articles and publishes them to connected websites via webhooks, CMS integrations, or templates.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. InkieAI is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content published through the Service. InkieAI does not claim copyright or ownership over generated articles, images, or any other output.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or spam content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating this policy without refund.

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

InkieAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for search engine rankings, traffic changes, or any business outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
